Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your porthase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Flease see below for more information on our return policy.

What Products can you return?

You receive a faulty or defective product
You receive a product that is different from what you ordered
If the product does not fit well (size issues)

What Products can NOT be returned?

Items that have been worn, washed or solled
Consumable products in case the packaging has been opened Buiky items like furniture, statues, paintings, temples (mandir)
Products purchased under sale/discounts
Conditions for returning products
The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc;
Products must be in their original form and unsoiled;
Branil packaging should be intact
Exchange of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.

How do I initiate a return request?

to raise a retum request, please subimit the request against the desired item in your order list along with the nature of the concern.
Kindly upload/email us a picture of the nature of defect being stated
This must be done within 7 days of receipt of the product
Upon receiving the return request, the Company will evaluate internally and initiate a return pick up, if applicable.
to return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and keep ready for courier pick up
Upon receiving your product, we will notify you by email and initiate refund/exchange, if applicable

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund, if eligible. Please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund

It is important to note return, refunds or cancellations may also vary from brand to brand or seller to seller, in which case each such goods sold thereunder will have specific guidelines which will determine the terms and conditions related to return, refunds or cancellations.
